At Posh Patola, each piece is made with care, intention, and a whole lot of love. Since our garments are produced in limited batches, we currently do not accept returns. However, we understand that sizing or fit may not always be perfect β so we offer exchanges under specific conditions.
Returns
We do not accept returns at the moment. Every item is handcrafted in small runs to maintain quality and uniqueness. This model allows us to stay sustainable and keep each collection special.
Exchanges
If the fit isnβt right or you need a different size, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
Once approved, the original item will be picked up by our delivery partner. After we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 5β7 working days.
Note: Due to limited stock, your preferred size or style may not always be available.
Shipping charges for exchanges are borne by the customer and may vary depending on your location.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Steps to follow:
- Share clear photos of the issue
- Include your order number and contact details
- Send via email to care@poshpatola.com
Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution. Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Note: Minor color variations or print irregularities are not considered defects. These reflect the handcrafted nature of our products and contribute to their uniqueness.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refunds (if any) will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges.
To request cancellation, email us at care@poshpatola.com as soon as possible.

We work with trusted third-party logistics providers to deliver your orders safely and on time. Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.
Please note:
- We have limited control once the parcel is in transit
- Delivery contact details may be shared only with the recipient
- Delays or miscommunication may occur beyond our control
