Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 working days from the date of order confirmation. Each piece is carefully packed and double-checked before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

Metro cities: 3–5 working days
Other locations: 5–8 working days

Please note that during peak seasons, new launches, or festive periods, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your patience—we promise it’ll be worth the wait.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to stay updated on your delivery status.

We work with reliable third-party logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you safely. While we do our best to monitor deliveries, delays caused by courier networks, weather, or remote locations are sometimes out of our control.

We offer standard shipping across India. Final shipping charges (if applicable) will be visible at checkout based on your pin code and order total.

Delivery Issues

If your order shows as "delivered" but hasn’t reached you, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll coordinate with the courier and assist you in resolving the issue.
