At Posh Patola, we know the excitement that comes with a new fitโ€”so we do our best to get your order to you as quickly (and smoothly) as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2โ€“4 working days from the date of order confirmation. Each piece is carefully packed and double-checked before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • Metro cities: 3โ€“5 working days

  • Other locations: 5โ€“8 working days

Please note that during peak seasons, new launches, or festive periods, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your patienceโ€”we promise itโ€™ll be worth the wait.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, youโ€™ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to stay updated on your delivery status.

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable third-party logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you safely. While we do our best to monitor deliveries, delays caused by courier networks, weather, or remote locations are sometimes out of our control.

Shipping Charges

We offer standard shipping across India. Final shipping charges (if applicable) will be visible at checkout based on your pin code and order total.

Delivery Issues

If your order shows as "delivered" but hasnโ€™t reached you, please contact us within 24 hours. Weโ€™ll coordinate with the courier and assist you in resolving the issue.

Address Changes

Shipping address changes are only possible before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, weโ€™re unable to make edits.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. If you're outside the country and would love to order, drop us a messageโ€”weโ€™re working on making it happen soon.
