If you need a different size, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange:
Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Original tags and packaging must be intact
Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Once your exchange request is approved, our delivery partner will arrange a pickup. After the item is received and passes quality inspection, your replacement will be dispatched within 5โ7 working days.
A standard exchange shipping fee of โน99 applies to approved exchanges.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, our team will assist you with an alternative size, style, or store credit.
As our collections are produced in limited batches, we currently do not offer returns for change of mind or preference.
