Do you offer returns or refunds?
We currently do not offer returns. All our pieces are handcrafted in small batches and made with love, so we hope you adore what you receive. However, if there’s an issue with fit, you can request an exchange. For more details, check out our Return & Exchange Policy.
Can I exchange an item if the size doesn’t fit?
Yes! If your piece doesn’t fit right, you can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original condition with all tags intact. We’ll arrange a pickup, and once we receive the original piece, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days. Shipping charges for the exchange are borne by the customer.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
In case your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with images and order details. We’ll help you with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue. Delayed complaints may not be eligible, so don’t wait!
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and a refund (if applicable) will be issued after deducting the shipping fee. To request cancellation, email us at care@poshpatola.com
How long does delivery take?
We typically dispatch orders within 2–4 business days, and delivery usually takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India. If you’re outside India and really vibing with Posh Patola, email us—we’ll try to make it work.
How can I track my order?

What sizes do you offer?
Our pieces are available in sizes XS to XXL, depending on the design. Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you’re unsure about your fit, feel free to drop us a DM or email—we’re happy to help you choose the right size.
Are your clothes true to size?
Yes, our pieces are made to standard measurements. However, since some styles have flowy or fitted silhouettes, we recommend checking the size chart or reading the product description for specific fit details.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every piece is handcrafted in limited batches by skilled artisans. This means small variations in color or print may occur—but that’s what makes your outfit truly one-of-a-kind.
Can I edit my shipping address after placing an order?
You can request a change in shipping address only before the order is shipped. Once it’s dispatched, we may not be able to make changes. Contact us ASAP if you made a mistake.
